Over time, independently built pages led to a scattered and inconsistent experience, making it harder for users to understand Instantpay’s offerings. A redesign was essential to bring clarity, build trust, and create a unified platform.

Over the last cycle, I led key experience improvements across Instantpay’s platform—streamlining navigation, reducing friction, and enhancing interface consistency across public and transactional flows.
This was achieved by focusing on simplified navigation, modular design, mobile-first usability, and unifying fragmented user journeys into seamless, intuitive experiences.

Lack of Aesthetic Appeal
The previous design did not feel modern or visually pleasing, which negatively impacted the user’s first impression, reducing their trust in the platform and its credibility.
Poor CTA Placement
Call-to-action buttons were inconsistently placed and lacked intuitive positioning, making it difficult for users to take desired actions or navigate smoothly through the pages.
Disjointed Content Flow
Information on the page lacked logical sequencing, causing users to jump around visually. This disrupted readability and made it harder to understand the core message or purpose of the page.
Unclear Illustrations
The illustrations used were generic and failed to clearly represent the platform's processes or offerings, leaving users confused instead of informed.

Improved CTA Placement - Buttons and action points were repositioned for clarity and visibility, ensuring users can effortlessly navigate and take action without confusion or hesitation.
Enhanced Content Flow - Information was reorganized to follow a logical, user-friendly sequence—reducing friction and helping users absorb content more naturally.
Revamped Illustrations - Replaced abstract visuals with purpose-driven, custom illustrations that clearly explain platform processes and help users quickly grasp key concepts.
Modernized UI Aesthetics - The entire interface was redesigned to feel clean, visually appealing, and aligned with current design standards, creating a more trustworthy and polished brand experience.
Updated Layout Structure - Shifted from a center-aligned layout to a left-right visual structure, creating better balance, improving content flow, and establishing a more intuitive visual hierarchy.
Refined Color Palette - Maintained core brand colors but introduced updated hues, shades, and contrast—making the interface more vibrant, engaging, and easier to scan.
